The Gold Fusion was destined to be the yo-yo fit for a King.  This extremely limited-run in 24K gold plating gives off an aura of refinement.  From what is known, estimates of 10-20 in Regular shape and 10-20 in Butterfly shape came about, consisting of 20-40 yo-yos total.  Some of those ended up as blems due to the plating not adhering as well to some of the raw aluminum yo-yos, resulting in a much lower than expected number making it into the Tin marked GOLD for sale to the public.  Most reside in personal collections and do come up for sale from time to time, but are extremely rare.
