This is one of Doc Populars first customized yoyo's (1998-1999), made especially for the Manager of the International Yoyo Museum, Coleen Olson.  Doc Popular was a frequent visitor to the Yoyo museum and decided to make this 'hand-customized' version for her.  There is not another one in existence.
