Roadster

The Roadster was Playmaxx' hand at creating an all-wood yoyo.  These Wooden versions played remarkably well and were known in professional yoyo circles as one of the best looping yoyo's produced by the company.  Due to its untimely unveiling at the drop-off lull in the yoyo market, the Roadster was never a big seller for Playmaxx and subsequently, very few exist today.  The Roadster came in a few different versions, depending on their etchings.  The original version was made to commemorate Pedro Flores, the creator of the worlds first mass produced Wood yoyo.  Other limited edition versions followed and even though it is slightly larger than a typical yoyo, the Roadster is very easy to handle and spins amazingly well.  Even though the Roadster never had enough time to shine in the yoyo world, it remained true to Playmaxx' standards for extremely well-built yoyo's.
